I have posted some results of two scoping studies that we commissioned as part of the first phase of the ‘Development of a Short Course in Advanced Sexuality Theory and Methodology in Developing Countries’ project. One scoping study was done in East Africa (Kenya and Uganda) and the other was done in Indonesia. The scoping studies were intended to: provide a rapid appraisal of factors that would influence the conduct of the short course, collect course content along the way, ensure that the short course is relevant and responsive to local concerns and circumstances, and incorporate relevant locally available literature (i.e. in Kenya, Uganda and Indonesia). You can find the results of the scoping studies, along with bibliographical lists of relevant literature, on the resources page of this website. Many thanks to our collaborators, Jacinta Muteshi, Made Setiawan and Jane Patten for their work in preparing these reports.
