Yale University School of Public Health hosts the Center for interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA). The aim of the centre is to support interdisciplinary research focused on the prevention of HIV infection and the reduction of negative consequences of HIV disease in vulnerable and undeserved populations nationally and abroad. Expertise is focused in the three areas of: quantitative methods and biostatistics, qualitative methods and ethnography, and data collection and management.
