The Asia Pacific Coalition on Male Sexual Health (APCOM) is a tripartite coalition that involves the governments of the region (including the donors and funding support agencies), the communities in the region, and technical experts (both within the UN system and otherwise) to address the deep concerns felt over the growing HIV prevalence among men who have sex with men in the region.
