The Masters in HIV/AIDS is designed to meet the needs of organisations in the Netherlands and in countries heavily burdened by HIV/AIDS. Management staff, including HIV/AIDS programme managers, HR personnel and senior staff from government ministries will gain skills and knowledge to improve the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS programming - from organising, monitoring and evaluating HIV/AIDS programmes to managing personnel, carrying out research and influencing policy.
