This document presents some of the results and recommendations that emerged from a recent conference in Kigali, Rwanda, entitled HIV and AIDS Training and Capacity Building: Trends and Challenges, organised by the Regional AIDS Training Network (RATN) in conjunction with the Kigali Health Institute (KHI).
